MH-1092/ MH-1575 Semi-automatic Double-Side-Embossing Toilet Paper Machine

Structure and Character

1.  Two embossing units to produce dot by dot embossing to make paper softer.

2.  Steel to paper embossing, it can be equiped steel to steel embossing unit according to customers demand.  

3.  Band saw with self grinding system.

4.  Advanced control technology, the winding profiles can be tight at the beginning of winding, and then getting loose to avoid the problems that the core are loose from the rolls after long time storage.

5.  Belt drive, web tension control device and output counting device.

6.  Specification of paper core can be adjusted between Ø 25- Ø 55mm.

7.  According to customers demand, the machine is able to make paper sheet by adding some units.

8.  It can be equipped with automatically load jumbo roll unit according to customers` demand.
