MH-1092/MH-1575 Automatic Double-Side-Embossing Toilet Paper Machine

Structure and Character

1.      Automatically load jumbo roll by pneumatic control, greatly reduces labor intensity.

2.      Automatically feed paper core without stopping machine, automatically slowdown when changing paper core.

3.      Two embossing units to produce dot by dot embossing to make paper softer.

4.      Automatic alarm for breaking off of paper and paper core exhaust.

5.      Automatic tail trimming, gluing, sealing and changing core, all these steps will be finished synchronously.

6.      Advanced control technology, the winding profiles can be tight at the beginning of winding, and then getting loose to avoid the problems that the core are loose from the rolls after long time storage. 

7.      Belt drive, web tension control device and output counting device.

8.      Specification of paper core can be adjusted  between Ø 25- Ø 55mm.

9.      According to customer demand, the machine is able to make paper sheet by adding some units.
